Smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for health and safety reasons, and parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Late check-out may result in an extra night's charge. Both the building and apartment are accessible via a digital keypad, with an emergency set of keys available from a key box in the communal areas.
