Check-in is from 3pm onwards and check-out is by 11am. The apartment is strictly non-smoking inside, with a AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations. A key policy includes a AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card, and a call-out fee of AED 500 for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost. There is a minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning. A late checkout fee of AED 250 applies for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
