This four-bedroom apartment has a private balcony with comfortable outdoor seating, the prime place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a nightcap.

Inside, you'll find chic, Nashville-inspired design and a vibrant, elevated atmosphere. The living room has a sofa and TV ready for group movie nights, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and everything you need to make at-home meals and snacks a breeze. Barstool seating is available at the counter, and there’s also seating for six available in the dining room connecting the living area and kitchen. Fire up the record player for a vibey dining atmosphere! A secondary sitting area upstairs offers even more space to relax with an additional TV and two more sofas. This stylish lounge is one of our favorite places to relax and leads to your private outdoor space. Four comfortable bedrooms give everyone a place to spread out. The primary features an en-suite bathroom, giving an extra sense of luxury and privacy, while three additional guest rooms, two more full bathrooms, and an additional half bathroom provide space and convenience for all. There’s even a bunk room perfect for kids or groups of friends.

Add-ons

This home accepts a maximum of two pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking includes one parking space allowed per unit. A parking pass is required and must be visible at all times to avoid towing. Street parking is available.

Keep in mind

There are stairs present within the property, so this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We strive to ensure each guest's experience is exceptional. While the apartment you receive will meet our high standards of comfort and quality, there may be slight variations in layout and design from the images on the listing. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce this. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

East Nashville is one of Nashville's oldest neighborhoods, located just across the Cumberland River. Known for its eclectic and artsy atmosphere, you'll find some of the city's best restaurants, live music venues, shopping, and easy access to Nissan Stadium. Bonus: all of the excitement of Broadway is just a 10-minute Uber drive away. Don't be surprised if you see one of your favorite musicians walking around this neighborhood, as many of them call it home! Local attractions include Honky Tonk, The Ryman Theater, Country Music Hall of Fame, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Grand Ole Opry, Bicentennial Park Parthenon, Johnny Cash Museum, Fifth + Broadway, Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack, and Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint.
