Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24 to 48 hours before the day of check-in. Pool heat will not be available for the summer months from March to September. This home allows pets for a fee and accepts a maximum of 2 pets. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. A pack n' play travel crib is available, and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours' advanced notice.

Swimming in the lake is not allowed. This property is smoke-free. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. A laptop computer is not included.
